Here are answers to the questions we mostly commonly get.
What is the height of the storage locker door?
6 ft 9 in high
What is the ceiling height in the lockers?
10 ft ceilings
Which units am I able to drive up to and access from the exterior of the building?
We have 10 x 20 and 10 x 30 sized units located on the exterior of the building.
Is there power to each storage locker? Am I able to plug in appliances or power tools?
There are no power outlets in the units. We do have lighting located outside the units which are on a timer.
Are the units heated?
Our units are climate controlled using geothermal technology.
What hours am I able to access my storage locker?
6:00 AM to 9:00 PM 7 days a week
What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Closed Sunday and Statutory Holidays
Christmas and New Year Hours:
Dec. 24 – 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Dec. 25–26 – Closed
Dec. 27–31 – 9:00 AM to 12 NOON
Jan. 1 – Closed
Will you accept deliveries for me if I can’t be there?
We will accept deliveries on your behalf. If you provide us with a key, we can also have the packages delivered directly to your unit.
Are my possessions insured while they are stored at Falcon Self Storage? Do you sell insurance?
Falcon Self Storage does not sell insurance. You will need to contact your insurance provider directly to arrange a storage policy.
Is there a forklift available for customer use?
Yes we do have a forklift on site. Please provide us with sufficient notice so we can assure the forklift and a driver are available.
Do you have carts and dollies available for use?
Yes, they are located at the main door of the storage building.
